“My Healthy Home”by Düllberg Konzentra

Inspiring fragrances for gentle cleaning products

During the pandemic, our homes became even more important, acting as a sanctuary and retreat, a hotspot for all kinds of activities ranging from work to exercise. They became the epicentre of our personal well-being. “My Healthy Home” by Düllberg Konzentra offers ideas and fragrance concepts that plug into this trend.

The pandemic is over, and one of its enduring effects is to make us rethink many things. We are increasingly giving up long-distance travel in favour of holidays closer to home, and we have learned to appreciate our homes and immediate surroundings again. As inflation rises and adds to the price of going out, many are opting to maintain and cultivate their new home-based lifestyle.

“For many individuals, their home has become an extension of their personality”, says Lisa-Marie Achilles, Communication Designer of Düllberg Konzentra. “It is a comfort zone, a place that offers security and relaxation, whether it’s alone or with others. Conscious luxury is one aspect of this, and it is manifested in products that are well-made and durable, and in an approach that values quality over quantity. Living spaces and culture are the new fashion hotspots.”

Living spaces and culture are the new fashion hotspots

This new focus includes furniture and objects that encourage relaxation or make our encounters with others even more pleasurable: design and interior culture that enhance our sense of well-being. “In the past, luxury has often been associated with excessive consumption. Now, conscious consumption has arrived in people’s minds. Indulgence and investing in high-quality items are at the core of self-care rituals.” People still value their individual well-being, and they are supplementing their lifestyles with body care, health and fitness products that promise to enhance well-being. “And why should self-care not include household products? They play an important role in preserving the longevity of our living spaces; they contribute to the sustainability concept and our overall sense of well-being”, says Christian Lüke, Head of Marketing of Düllberg Konzentra.

Household care is self-care

Based on this insight, Düllberg Konzentra has developed My Healthy Home: four fragrance concepts for modern household and floor cleaning products. Naturally effective ingredients are blended with the purest essential oils selected by the fragrance house – a combination that provides home care with a pleasant, long-lasting scent experience. Intensive Care contains harmonising lavender and rich almond oil; Super Care cleans gently with chamomile and shea butter; Exotic Care brings a hint of the Tropics into the home with ginger, coconut and monoi; while Boost Fresh Mix revives with peppermint, pine and aloe vera. “Homes have become more important – now, we’re helping to make them more sensuous”, says Christian Lüke. “If our homes have become an expression and extension of our personalities, then household care is very clearly also self-care.”
